AR automation
Kolleno alternatives and Kolleno competitors for US AR teams, including Chaser, Upflow, Paidnice, Quadient AR, Tesorio and Invoiced
The closest Kolleno alternatives are Chaser and Paidnice for smaller teams on QuickBooks Online or Xero that want a published price in US dollars, Upflow and Invoiced by Flywire for growing B2B companies that want a payment portal with the chasing, Quadient AR and Tesorio for mid-market teams on NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and AccountsReceivable.ai if you want an agent that chases by email, text and a live two-way phone call on a flat monthly fee with no per-user charge. Kolleno is a capable product. It is one of only a handful of vendors in this category that publishes a rate card, it names an unusually wide list of ledgers on its integrations page, and it includes a text and call allowance on every tier.
US teams usually start looking for a Kolleno alternative for one of four reasons. The rate card is in pounds sterling only, 650 GBP per user a month on the entry tier, so the dollar cost moves with the exchange rate. The price is per user, so a five-person AR team pays five times the headline. NetSuite, Business Central, SAP and Oracle Fusion sit on the Enterprise tier, which has no published price. And the calls in the allowance are placed by a person on your team through the platform, so the phone work stays with you.
The table below compares each vendor on what it is built for, whether it publishes a price, which ledgers it names on its own pages, and what happens after the email is ignored. Figures come from each vendor's own published pages; where a vendor publishes nothing, that is stated. Confirm current terms before you sign. If you want to see what the chasing looks like first, run the sample receivables book in the tool above and watch the agent chase, collect and reconcile.

Why it works
What your team gets with a Kolleno alternative
A per-user price in pounds is hard to budget in dollars
Kolleno publishes two prices: BusinessPay at 650 GBP per user a month (545 GBP billed annually) and Business Plus at 1,245 GBP per user a month (995 GBP annually, two users minimum). At 1.30 dollars to the pound, one BusinessPay seat is about 845 USD a month and three seats about 2,535 USD. Integrations and customization are quoted on top. Chaser, Paidnice and AccountsReceivable.ai publish in US dollars, and none of the three charges per user on its main plans.
Check which tier carries your ERP before the demo
Kolleno lists Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct on its two published tiers. NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, SAP and Oracle Fusion appear under Enterprise, which is quote only. Sage 300, Sage X3 and Acumatica are on the integrations page but on no tier of the rate card. So a NetSuite company should read the 650 GBP headline as a starting point for a conversation, not a budget. Quadient AR, Tesorio and Upflow all name NetSuite, and AccountsReceivable.ai carries it on the Growth plan at a published price.
An allowance of calls still needs someone to dial
Every Kolleno tier includes texts and calls, starting at 100 a month. Reviews describe the calls as placed by a member of your team from inside the platform, which logs them against the account. That is tidy, and it is still your collector on the phone. Chaser places recorded text-to-speech calls. AccountsReceivable.ai places a live AI call on the Growth plan that listens, answers from the invoice record and writes down the promise to pay.
Keep Kolleno if UK entities or a law firm ledger is the point
Kolleno is a strong choice for a group with UK entities that budgets in pounds anyway, for a law firm on Clio (named on Business Plus), and for a team that wants configurable AI agents it can dial from suggestions only up to full execution. It holds ISO 27001 and states that onboarding generally takes about ten days. If that describes you, the alternatives below solve problems you do not have.
What it handles
Chased, collected and reconciled on autopilot
The agent syncs your invoices, chases each one across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments to the right invoice, reconciles your ledger, and predicts when every customer will pay.
- Chases every open invoice by email, then SMS from your own number, in your customer's daytime hours
- Places live, two-way AI phone calls on Growth that answer questions and record a promise to pay
- Connects to QuickBooks or Xero on Starter and NetSuite on Growth, or starts from a CSV aging export
- Checks the live balance before every message, so a customer who paid this morning is never chased
- Matches incoming payments to open invoices and reconciles them
- Publishes its price in US dollars: 299, 799 or 1,899 USD a month, half that billed annually, with no per-user charge
- 01 Sync Reads the open invoice, its terms and the billing contact from your ledger.
- 02 Chase Escalates from email to SMS to a live AI call as the invoice ages.
- 03 Track Logs replies, disputes and promise-to-pay dates against the invoice.
- 04 Apply Matches the incoming payment, reconciles the ledger and closes the invoice.
