Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of AccountsReceivable.ai, the AI accounts receivable agent that chases invoices, applies cash and cuts DSO. Last updated: June 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By using accountsreceivable.ai or signing up for AccountsReceivable.ai, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Any connected, production use of AccountsReceivable.ai is also governed by the specific agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer, which prevails over these website terms where they differ.

What AccountsReceivable.ai is

AccountsReceivable.ai is an AI accounts receivable agent. When connected to your accounting system, it chases your invoices across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments, reconciles your ledger, and predicts pay dates, to help you get paid faster and reduce your DSO. It runs on top of QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, on a flat monthly fee, and it does not take a percentage of what it collects.

The service supports your receivables process. You remain responsible for your own credit, billing and collections decisions, for the accuracy of your invoices and customer data, and for how you communicate with your customers. You can review and control how the agent communicates on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service in line with your agreements with your own customers and with all laws that apply to you, including those governing debt collection, electronic communications and consumer and commercial credit. You agree to provide accurate information and to only connect accounts and data you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's activity and for the way you act on its output.

Acceptable use

AccountsReceivable.ai is intended for legitimate business use by companies collecting their own receivables. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws, professional standards and codes of conduct.

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Pursue debts you do not have the right to collect, or contact people in ways that break the law.
  • Submit data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Send sensitive financial records through this marketing website, which is not built to receive them.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
  • Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for the data you connect and how you use the output.

Your content and data

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the data you submit and to the outputs you receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the service to you. As described in our privacy policy, this website does not connect to your accounting system or process your financial records. Any handling of accounting and financial data within a connected, production deployment is governed by your customer agreement.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

AccountsReceivable.ai is offered on paid plans, billed as a flat monthly fee with no percentage of what the agent collects. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled in line with your agreement. Except where required by law or stated in your agreement, payments are non-refundable. The specific commercial terms for your organization are set out in your order or agreement with us, which controls where it differs from this section.
