Chaser pricing: what Chaser costs in US dollars, plan by plan, and what the revenue bands and usage credits add

Chaser publishes a US dollar rate card set by company revenue: Compact at $259 a month for companies under $5 million, Core at $779 under $13 million, Complete at $1,169 above that, with about 10 percent off annual billing. Here is what each plan includes, what SMS, call and credit-check credits cost, what the Care add-on adds, and how Chaser compares with the other published prices in AR automation.

Chaser publishes its prices in US dollars, and they are set by your company's annual revenue, not by users or invoices. Compact costs $259 a month, or $233 a month billed annually, for companies under $5 million in revenue, with four users. Core is $779 a month ($700 annual) for companies under $13 million, with unlimited users. Complete is $1,169 a month ($1,050 annual) for larger companies, and above that pricing is custom. On top of the plan you pay small usage charges for extra SMS, automated calls, letters and credit checks, and you can add Chaser Care, a human AR specialist, which takes the monthly total to between $1,199 and $2,799.

That makes Chaser one of the very few accounts receivable vendors with a real public rate card. Most of the category, from Invoiced and Versapay up to HighRadius, quotes after a demo. Several review sites still describe Chaser as contact-for-pricing, which is out of date: a US visitor to chaserhq.com/pricing sees dollar figures for every published plan. The useful questions are therefore not what Chaser costs, but which revenue band puts you on which plan, what the credits add at your volume, and how the total compares with the flat-fee tools on the same shortlist.

Last updated September 2026. Figures taken from chaserhq.com/pricing and Chaser's detailed pricing breakdown, viewed from the United States on the date above. Chaser can change them at any time, so confirm before you budget.

How much does Chaser cost?

Here is the US rate card as published. Annual billing saves roughly 10 percent on every plan.

Complete$1,169 a month$1,050 a month$12,600Under $120 million on the pricing page, up to $250 million on the breakdownUnlimited
CustomQuotedQuotedQuotedAbove the Complete bandUnlimited

Note the inconsistency in the Complete row. The main pricing page puts the Complete ceiling at under $120 million in revenue, while the detailed breakdown says up to $250 million. If your revenue sits between those two numbers, ask which one Chaser will honor, and get the answer on the order form.

Why your revenue, not your invoice count, sets the price

This is the part of Chaser's model that surprises US buyers most. Most AR tools price on something that tracks the work: invoice volume, customer accounts, entities or seats. Chaser bands on total company revenue. A $6 million distributor sending 80 invoices a month lands on Core at $779, while a $4 million agency sending 900 invoices a month stays on Compact at $259. The work is ten times larger in the second case and the price is a third.

That cuts both ways. If you are a high-volume, lower-revenue business, Chaser is unusually cheap for what you get. If you are a higher-revenue company with a small number of large invoices, you are paying for a band rather than for usage, and a tool priced on invoice volume may come out well ahead. AccountsReceivable.ai, for comparison, charges a flat $299, $799 or $1,899 a month set by how much you invoice, with no per-seat charge and no cut of what it collects, and our AR automation pricing page shows what each band covers.

Automated call credits a month1006001,200

Dedicated account manager and priority supportNoNoYes

Two limits matter more than they look. Compact caps you at four users and four automated workflows, so a team that wants separate sequences for enterprise accounts, small customers, disputed invoices and retainers has already used the allowance. And the included integration count is one, two or four by plan. Ask whether that count covers only your accounting connection or also the mailboxes Chaser sends from, because a multi-entity business with two ledgers can run out on Core.

What the usage credits and add-ons cost

Chaser sells extra channel credits in bands, and the per-unit price falls as you buy more. The US figures from the breakdown:

ItemSmallest bandLarger bands
SMS credit$0.10 each (1 to 99)$0.08 (100 to 499), then $0.07
Automated call credit$0.11 each (1 to 99)$0.10 (100 to 499), $0.08 (500 to 1,999), then $0.07
Posted letter$2.20 each (1 to 4)$2.00 (5 to 9), $1.84 (10 to 24)
Business credit check$3.99 each (1 to 49)$3.66 (50 to 99), $3.33 (100 to 499)
AR forecast$11 a month or $110 a year, included on Complete
Cash flow forecast$25 a month or $250 a year, Xero only

In practice the credits are small money. A Compact customer with 150 overdue invoices who sends each one two texts and one call in a month uses 300 SMS and 150 calls, which is 200 SMS and 50 calls over the allowance, or roughly $22 extra. The number that moves your bill is the revenue band, not the credits. Credits do add up quietly across a year, though, so if finance wants a line of sight on them, a simple spend alert on the card that pays for them catches a runaway month before the statement does.

What Chaser Care costs

Care is Chaser's managed service: a dedicated AR specialist who handles payment follow-ups, phone calls, your receivables inbox and payment queries or disputes, alongside the software. It is priced as a bundle with each plan.

BundleMonthly billingAnnual billingWhat Care adds over the plan alone
Compact + Care$1,199 a month$1,079 a monthAbout $940 a month
Core + Care$2,149 a month$1,934 a monthAbout $1,370 a month
Complete + Care$2,799 a month$2,519 a monthAbout $1,630 a month

Care is aimed at the business that has the software but not the person. That is a reasonable thing to buy. The question to ask is how many hours of specialist time the bundle actually includes, and what happens when your overdue book doubles in a slow quarter, because a fixed monthly price for human work has to be capped somewhere.

Chaser also runs a debt collection service for accounts that go fully bad. It is priced as a success fee, and for US debts, which fall under Chaser's rest-of-world schedule, the fee runs from 30 percent on debts between $100 and $999 down to 7.5 percent on debts above $150,000.

Does Chaser make phone calls?

Yes, in two ways. Auto-calls are automated reminder calls: you write a call template, Chaser converts it to speech and places the call on the schedule you set, personalized with the customer's details. Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Chaser also offers in-app calling, which is a person on your team dialing through Chaser so the call is logged against the account.

What neither of those does is hold a conversation. A text-to-speech reminder plays a message; it cannot hear "we paid that on Tuesday", ask for the remittance, or take a promise to pay for Friday and follow up if Friday passes. That is the gap an AI collections agent fills, and it is the main functional difference between Chaser and AccountsReceivable.ai rather than price.

Which accounting systems does Chaser connect to?

Chaser names native integrations with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Sage 50 (UK), Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Odoo, AccountsIQ and iFinance, plus Stripe for payments. SAP connects through Chaser's API or its CSV import tool rather than a native connector. QuickBooks Desktop is not on the list, which matters for the many US contractors and distributors still on it.

Xero is Chaser's home ground and its strongest listing, which is why it comes up on so many Xero shortlists. If that is your ledger, our Xero accounts receivable automation page sets out what an agent adds on top of Xero's own reminders. On QuickBooks, the same comparison is on our accounts receivable software for QuickBooks page.

Everyone else a US mid-market buyer is likely to shortlist, including Gaviti, Tesorio, Quadient AR, Versapay, Invoiced and HighRadius, publishes no price at all. If Chaser is up against one of those, our Gaviti alternatives comparison shows how the quote-only vendors line up on connectors and channels.

Is Chaser worth it for a US business?

For a company under $5 million in revenue on Xero or QuickBooks Online with a real volume of small invoices, Compact at $2,796 a year is fair value, and the review evidence supports it: about 4.5 on G2 from 56 reviews and 4.9 on Capterra from 45, small samples but consistently positive. Chaser also offers a free trial, so the fit can be tested on your own aging report.

It gets harder to justify in three situations. When your revenue pushes you into Core or Complete but your invoice count is modest, because you are paying for the band. When you need a customer to actually talk to someone after the reminders stop working, because auto-calls play a message and Care adds a human at roughly $940 to $1,630 a month. And when you run QuickBooks Desktop, which Chaser does not list. In each of those cases, price a tool set by invoice volume that places a live call alongside it, and compare annual totals rather than entry prices.

Six things to get in writing before you sign

  1. Your revenue band. Which plan your current revenue puts you on, and what happens mid-contract if you cross the band.
  2. The Complete ceiling. Whether it is $120 million or $250 million, if you are anywhere near it.
  3. What an integration is. Whether the 1, 2 or 4 included integrations count your ledger, your mailboxes, or both.
  4. Credit rollover. Whether unused SMS and call credits carry over, and the band you will be billed at for overage.
  5. Care hours. How much specialist time the Care bundle includes and what triggers a price change.
  6. Exit terms. Minimum term, notice period and how your chase history is exported if you leave.

What to do next

If you are a small team on Xero with plenty of invoices and no need for anyone to pick up the phone, Chaser's Compact plan is a sensible, clearly priced place to start. If your problem is the invoice that has already ignored six reminders, compare it against a tool that escalates to a live conversation. Our Chaser alternative page runs that comparison honestly, including where Chaser wins, and the converter at the top of this page will show you what the agent would do with your own open invoices.
