AR automation
Versapay review: Versapay ratings, integrations, Collaborative AR and cash application, and whether Versapay fits the ledger you already run
Versapay is a real, established accounts receivable platform. It was founded in 2006, is headquartered in Miami, has been owned by Great Hill Partners since February 2020, and carries roughly 4.1 out of 5 stars from about 95 reviews on G2. It sells digital invoicing with a self-serve customer portal, collections management, machine-learning cash application, reporting and reconciliation, and B2B payment services. So the question worth asking is not whether Versapay works. It is whether Versapay connects to the ledger you already run.
That is where most evaluations actually turn. Versapay's own integrations page, checked again on September 1, 2026, names four native connectors: Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, plus an open API and flat file import for anything else. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage 300 and Oracle E-Business Suite are not on that list. If your books live in QuickBooks or Xero, which covers most US businesses below a few hundred million in revenue, you are looking at an API project before you send a single reminder. AccountsReceivable.ai connects to QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite, chases every invoice by email, SMS and live AI phone call, applies the incoming cash, and charges a flat monthly fee instead of a percentage of what it collects.

Why it works
What your team gets with a Versapay alternative
Connects to the ledger you already run
QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite sync two ways and go live the same day. There is no flat file export, no open API project and no waiting on a systems integrator before the first invoice gets chased.
Escalates past email and the portal
A buyer portal only works for customers who sign in. Aged invoices move from email to SMS to a live AI phone call, which is the step that gets an ignored invoice paid after four unanswered reminders.
Flat monthly fee, not a percentage
You pay the same amount whether the agent recovers ten thousand dollars or two hundred thousand. Nothing is skimmed off the payments, and there is no per-transaction cut on the cash your customers send.
What it handles
Chased, collected and reconciled on autopilot
The agent syncs your invoices, chases each one across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments to the right invoice, reconciles your ledger, and predicts when every customer will pay.
- Two-way sync with QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, live the same day
- Email, then SMS, then a live AI phone call once an invoice is aged enough
- Automatic cash application, including short pays and consolidated deposits
- A predicted pay date on every open invoice, not just an aging bucket
- Flat monthly fee, never a cut of what it collects
- No implementation project and no rip-and-replace of your accounting system
- 01 Sync Reads the open invoice, its terms and the billing contact from your ledger.
- 02 Chase Escalates from email to SMS to a live AI call as the invoice ages.
- 03 Track Logs replies, disputes and promise-to-pay dates against the invoice.
- 04 Apply Matches the incoming payment, reconciles the ledger and closes the invoice.
How it compares
What Versapay publishes a connector for, and what it does not
Taken from each vendor's own integrations page and re-checked on September 1, 2026. The ledger you already run eliminates vendors faster than any feature grid does.

Why AccountsReceivable.ai
One agent that runs the whole receivables job
Not a reminder tool, not a six-figure suite, and not an agency that takes a cut. Chase, collect, apply cash and forecast in one place, on top of the accounting system you already use.
Chases every invoice
The full dunning sequence runs on autopilot across email, SMS and live AI phone calls, polite and on-brand, so no overdue invoice slips through.
Applies the cash
Incoming wires and ACH batches are matched to the right invoices automatically, so your ledger reconciles and you never chase an invoice that already paid.
Cuts your DSO
A predicted pay date for every open invoice and steady follow-up bring DSO down week over week, so more cash lands when you need it.
