HighRadius accounts receivable review: HighRadius pricing, reviews and ratings, AI agents, and whether HighRadius fits the ERP you already run
HighRadius is the biggest specialist vendor in accounts receivable, and for large enterprises it is usually the most capable one. It was founded in 2006 by Sashi Narahari, is headquartered in Houston, employs roughly 4,400 people, and says more than 1,300 companies run on its software. On G2 it holds about 4.3 out of 5 from roughly 230 reviews. If you are a billion dollar manufacturer buried in deductions and consolidated remittances, HighRadius is genuinely hard to beat and belongs on the shortlist.
The honest caveat is that nearly everything buyers dislike about HighRadius follows from that same enterprise focus. Its integrations page advertises pre-built connectors for 50 or more systems but names only four: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite. QuickBooks and Xero appear nowhere on it. Pricing is quote only, contracts are large, and go-live is measured in months rather than days. This page sets out what HighRadius actually sells in 2026, what buyers really pay for it according to purchase data rather than marketing ranges, and the specific cases where a smaller finance team should look at something else.

Why it works
What your team gets with a HighRadius alternative
Live this week, not next quarter
A HighRadius rollout is an enterprise project with baselines, success criteria and a systems integrator. QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite sync two ways here and the first invoice gets chased the same day you connect.
A price you can read before the call
HighRadius quotes every deal, and the two models it runs in 2026 both end in a negotiation. We publish a flat monthly fee that does not move with how much cash we recover for you.
Chases the customer, not just the portal
Enterprise suites route work to your collectors. Overdue invoices here escalate on their own from email to SMS to a live AI phone call, which is the step that gets an ignored invoice paid after four silent reminders.
What it handles
Chased, collected and reconciled on autopilot
The agent syncs your invoices, chases each one across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments to the right invoice, reconciles your ledger, and predicts when every customer will pay.
- Syncs open invoices two ways with QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite
- Runs the whole dunning sequence: email, then SMS, then a live AI call
- Matches incoming ACH and wire payments back to the right invoices
- Flags short pays and disputed deductions instead of silently writing them off
- Predicts a pay date for every open invoice so forecasting stops being guesswork
- Goes live without a systems integrator, a data warehouse or a baseline workshop
- Charges one flat monthly fee, never a percentage of what it collects
- 01 Sync Reads the open invoice, its terms and the billing contact from your ledger.
- 02 Chase Escalates from email to SMS to a live AI call as the invoice ages.
- 03 Track Logs replies, disputes and promise-to-pay dates against the invoice.
- 04 Apply Matches the incoming payment, reconciles the ledger and closes the invoice.
How it compares
What HighRadius publishes a connector for, and what it does not
Taken from each vendor's own integrations page and re-checked on September 2, 2026. HighRadius advertises 50 or more pre-built integrations but names only four systems. The ledger you already run eliminates vendors faster than any feature grid.

Why AccountsReceivable.ai
One agent that runs the whole receivables job
Not a reminder tool, not a six-figure suite, and not an agency that takes a cut. Chase, collect, apply cash and forecast in one place, on top of the accounting system you already use.
Chases every invoice
The full dunning sequence runs on autopilot across email, SMS and live AI phone calls, polite and on-brand, so no overdue invoice slips through.
Applies the cash
Incoming wires and ACH batches are matched to the right invoices automatically, so your ledger reconciles and you never chase an invoice that already paid.
Cuts your DSO
A predicted pay date for every open invoice and steady follow-up bring DSO down week over week, so more cash lands when you need it.
