AR automation
Quadient AR review: YayPay pricing, ratings, ERP integrations, and whether Quadient AR by YayPay fits the ledger you already run
Quadient AR by YayPay is the mid-market specialist in accounts receivable automation, and its strongest argument is one most buyers never see stated plainly: it publishes native connectors for more mid-market accounting systems than any other major vendor in the category. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage X3, Acumatica, Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online are all named. HighRadius names four ERPs and neither QuickBooks nor Xero is among them. Versapay names four and does not include QuickBooks either. If your ledger is Sage 300 or Acumatica, Quadient AR is often the only large vendor with a published connector for it.
Two things temper that. Quadient publishes no price at all, and the single number on its pricing page is a qualifying threshold: it asks that you generate over 7.8 million pounds in yearly revenue, roughly 10 million US dollars, before its team will engage. That floor excludes a large share of the Sage 300 and QuickBooks businesses its connector list is built for. This page covers what Quadient AR actually includes in 2026, what the pricing page really says, how users rate it, and the specific situations where a smaller finance team is better served elsewhere.

Why it works
What your team gets with a Quadient AR alternative
No revenue floor to clear
Quadient asks for over 7.8 million pounds in yearly revenue before it will quote. A 4 million dollar contractor with the same collections problem gets connected and chasing invoices here on the same day, with no qualifying call.
A price published before the call
Quadient AR prices every deal privately, so the only way to learn the number is a demo and a proposal. We publish a flat monthly fee that does not change with your invoice volume or how much cash we recover.
Escalates to a live call, not just the portal
Quadient AR chases by email and routes work to your collectors through a payment portal. Overdue invoices here escalate on their own from email to SMS to a live AI phone call, the step that moves an invoice already ignored four times.
What it handles
Chased, collected and reconciled on autopilot
The agent syncs your invoices, chases each one across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments to the right invoice, reconciles your ledger, and predicts when every customer will pay.
- Syncs open invoices two ways with QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite
- Runs the full escalation: email, then SMS, then a live AI phone call
- Matches incoming ACH and wire payments back to the right open invoices
- Predicts a pay date for every invoice so the cash forecast stops being a guess
- Flags short pays and disputes instead of quietly writing them off
- Starts working the ledger the day you connect, with no qualifying revenue threshold
- Charges one flat monthly fee, never a percentage of what it collects
- 01 Sync Reads the open invoice, its terms and the billing contact from your ledger.
- 02 Chase Escalates from email to SMS to a live AI call as the invoice ages.
- 03 Track Logs replies, disputes and promise-to-pay dates against the invoice.
- 04 Apply Matches the incoming payment, reconciles the ledger and closes the invoice.
How it compares
Which accounting systems each vendor actually names a connector for
Taken from each vendor's own integrations and pricing pages and re-checked on September 4, 2026. Quadient AR names more mid-market ledgers than any other major vendor here, which is the strongest single reason to shortlist it.

Chases every invoice
The full dunning sequence runs on autopilot across email, SMS and live AI phone calls, polite and on-brand, so no overdue invoice slips through.
Applies the cash
Incoming wires and ACH batches are matched to the right invoices automatically, so your ledger reconciles and you never chase an invoice that already paid.
Cuts your DSO
A predicted pay date for every open invoice and steady follow-up bring DSO down week over week, so more cash lands when you need it.
