AR automation
Corcentric competitors and Corcentric alternatives for accounts receivable: Billtrust, Versapay, HighRadius, Upflow, Chaser, Resolve and Paystand compared
The main Corcentric competitors for accounts receivable are Billtrust, Versapay and HighRadius on the software side, Upflow and Chaser for collections automation with an optional human layer, and Resolve and Paystand where the real question is getting paid sooner. Which one fits depends on what you are actually buying from Corcentric, because its receivables offer is unusual: Corcentric Managed AR is a service with software attached, where Corcentric's own staff handle cash application and collections, run a branded customer portal and dispute portal, and can pay your invoices before they are due at a guaranteed, fixed DSO.
That makes a like-for-like replacement hard to find. Most vendors sell software your team operates. A few sell a human layer on top. Almost none will also finance the receivable. So the honest way to compare the field is to split Corcentric into its three parts, outsourced collections work, a customer-facing portal, and early payment on invoices, and ask which of those three you would miss.
Corcentric is a privately held company founded in 1996 and headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and it says it serves more than 2,000 customers across North America. Its receivables page publishes no price, no minimum and no named ERP connector. Everything in the comparison below was checked against each vendor's own pages in September 2026.

Why it works
What your team gets with a Corcentric alternative
Decide which third of Corcentric you are replacing
Corcentric Managed AR bundles three things. First, people: its financial operations team handles remittance, invoice matching, reconciliation and collections for you. Second, a branded self-service portal plus an online dispute portal for your customers. Third, financing: invoices can be paid before their due date at a guaranteed, fixed DSO. Software vendors like Billtrust, Versapay and HighRadius replace the portal and the workflow, but your team still does the work. Upflow and Chaser replace the chasing and add optional human help. Resolve replaces the early payment, not the collections desk. Pick the part that hurts to lose, then shortlist.
Outsourcing AR is a staffing decision priced like one
A managed service is paid for the labor it removes, so the quote tends to track your invoice count, dispute rate and the level of service you sign up for. Corcentric publishes none of that. Before comparing it against software, price the work honestly: how many hours a week your team spends on remittance matching, reminder emails and dispute follow-up today. If that is one person part time, a flat software fee is almost always cheaper. If it is three collectors and a backlog, a service layer can earn its fee. Chaser prices its human layer openly, which makes it a useful benchmark: Core plus Care is 2,149 USD a month.
Guaranteed payment is financing, so read it like a lender's term sheet
Getting paid before the due date at a fixed DSO is valuable, and it is the part of Corcentric that software alone cannot replace. It is also a credit product, which means the cost sits in a discount rate or fee rather than a subscription line, and which customers qualify is the vendor's call. Resolve works the same way on its own pricing page: advance rates of 50 or 90 percent, risk-based fees on net 30 and net 60 terms, and credit lines that are not guaranteed. Ask Corcentric for the effective annual cost of the financing on a sample of your invoices, and compare that figure, not the headline DSO.
Where Corcentric is still the right answer
If your company already runs Corcentric for accounts payable or procurement, one vendor across both sides of the ledger is a real simplification. If collections is a function you want off your org chart entirely, with named people accountable for the outcome, a managed service does that and a software tool does not. And if cash timing matters more than the cost of getting it, guaranteed early payment is hard to beat. Corcentric states a 60 percent DSO reduction and an 86 percent decrease in disputes on its receivables page. Those are vendor claims, so ask for a reference customer of your size to confirm them.
What it handles
Chased, collected and reconciled on autopilot
The agent syncs your invoices, chases each one across email, SMS and phone, applies incoming payments to the right invoice, reconciles your ledger, and predicts when every customer will pay.
- Chases every overdue invoice across email, then SMS, then a live AI phone call, without a service contract
- Keeps receivables on your own books and your own customer relationships in your own hands
- Reads your open invoices from QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite and builds the aging report the same day
- Publishes its price: a flat 299, 799 or 1,899 USD a month
- No per-seat pricing, no percentage of what it collects, no financing fee
- Stops reminding the moment an invoice is paid, so nobody who paid gets chased
- 01 Sync Reads the open invoice, its terms and the billing contact from your ledger.
- 02 Chase Escalates from email to SMS to a live AI call as the invoice ages.
- 03 Track Logs replies, disputes and promise-to-pay dates against the invoice.
- 04 Apply Matches the incoming payment, reconciles the ledger and closes the invoice.
